"I decided to lease a Xerox 8400 after talking with a fellow franchisee who leases an 8200. I searched online and found the FreePrinters.com web site. The information contained on the web site made this option too good to miss, so I decided to give it a try. Despite the fact that I have only been in business since April of 2004, I was granted the lease. The paperwork arrived quickly and everything was in order. The company even gave me their UPS account number to use for the return of the contracts. Installation was quick and the printer was soon up and running. The quality of the prints is phenomenal. "I would like to tell you a story that still has me shaking my head.

I had a problem with my Xerox printer. The Xerox service techniciation came out and replaced the print head. He said it could have been damaged by the use of compatible ink.

But what he said next surprised me, He said Media Sciences is paying for the replacement print head on my printer.

Well....1st off, I am BLOWN away that you are standing behind your product!!! I have become so jaded over the years that I never believe warranties, guaranties, etc. So I am VERY impressed XEROX showed up and fixed the problem. Media Sciences really does back up their claims... that is phenomenal to me!
