Is the Free Printer Program too good to be true?
Let me address all your concerns
We’ve all heard it “If it sounds to good to be true then it probably is”. I’m here to tell you that this program is based on sound fundamental elements of business. It works because of the number of printers we place and because of the higher volume these customers print. So what are your concerns?

Are you concerned about the company? FreePrinters.com has an impeccable record with the Better Business Bureau. You can confirm this by using this link. We work rapidly to resolve any issues or concerns that might occur. If you have not done so please check out the testimonials we have received from companies all over the US.
Are you concerned that you will have too much ink? Yes, you will receive regular ink shipments. Some clients find that it is enough ink to get them to the next shipment while others find they need to supplement their shipments with additional purchases. The scheduled ink shipments were never really intended to be all the ink you would ever need but they do allow us the ability to offset the cost of the printer and provide the free on-site service. In the event your print volume demand drops the worst case scenario is that at the end of the agreement period you would have some additional supplies on hand. You still did not pay for the printer or the on-site service. The printer is yours to keep so use the supplies as you need them.
Are you concerned about the agreement? Yes, we do require you to sign an agreement. This is because we work with a third party finance company that will handle the regular billing for your scheduled ink shipments. We are interested in doing business with clients that have a need to print in higher volume. For these clients the cost of supplies is one they will need to bear anyway. Why not get something for purchasing those supplies like a free printer and free on-site service. We have tried to offer a variety of printers and programs that will meet the needs of a wide audience, however, if the Free Printer program does not fit your business we understand. Please keep us in mind and tell others about the program.
Are you concerned about the print quality? Send me a copy (PDF) of something you would like to see printed along with your return address. You will be pleased with the excellent quality of the print. Are you concerned that you might not need the printer for two or three years? If you’re in business you likely plan to remain in business. In fact, you likely have plans to grow the business. As your business grows and evolves you will no doubt find other uses for the printer and may even require multiple printers to handle the volume. We have many clients with multiple printers. Having doubts about the longer term benefits of this program are understandable but typically not an issue. However, if this is a real concern we also offer programs that have an easy out cancellation capability.
Are you concerned about getting approved in the program? We have many different programs to select from. Some programs do require a credit review and approval process while others require a refundable deposit and a valid credit card. We can accommodate most businesses or individuals if they can be a little flexible with us. Even if you have less than perfect credit, we can get you into a new printer.
Are you concerned about the application fee? Submitting an application has zero risk and does not cost anything. It is not a commitment to complete the process. It is merely the first step. Some programs do not require an application fee while others will only charge a one time processing fee of $99. You choose to move forward with the program. This fee covers the credit review, setting up the agreements and the monthly billing process for your supplies. You are in control of the process and only you can give the approval to move forward.
