The C912™ can handle paper sizes up to ledger and A3 size paper through its main trays, and oversized 12" x 18" / A3+ media and 11.7" x 36" banner paper through the bypass tray. Printing is powered by a 600Mhz processor—one of the highest in the market. Paper handling has a generous maximum paper capacity of 5,300 sheets when fully upgraded. Finishing is supported via an optional stapler, hole punching finisher. The device uses four photoconductor drums arranged in a line, with the paper carried over each photoconductor drum. Among this product’s strong points are its excellent network management capabilities, its high paper capacity, high monthly volume, 12" x 18" paper input which allows fullbleed color printing, good image quality and overall ease of use.

Since an average document is closer to 20% or greater coverage, you can expect a realistic output of approximately 5,000 – 7,500 color prints per set of toner, or 2,500 – 3750 per month. Your cost per color print using the Free Printer program can be as low as .09 cents per page.

The Lexmark® C912™ free printer programs use genuine Lexmark® Toner and supplies so your printer will always operate at peak performance.

The most popular Free printer program for this wide format printer requires no money upfront. FreePrinters.com will automatically provide shipments of toner and required supplies every 60 days. Duplex printing provides the ability to automatically perform two sided printing without manually turning the paper over. The C912™ will provide a completed two sided document quickly and easily. You can add both the network and duplex features for a nominal monthly fee of $70.00 per month. This is a inexpensive way to take advantage of the networking and duplexing technology. Is there any thing else I need to purchase?
If you are a high volume user, you might have the need to purchase additional toner and supplies. As a benefit to being in the Free Printer program you will be able to purchase these supplies at a 10% Discount. You will be provided a discount code to use in our online store over the life of the agreement. For toner and supplies, visit our on-line store. The fuser and transfer belt will not need to be replaced until the printer has over 100,000 prints. At 2,500 prints per month you will not have the need to replace these items in less than 3 years.

Don’t want to sign an agreement or don’t require that much toner?
No problem! We have a solution that will work for you as well. This program gives you the flexibility to order supplies as you need them and you are not obligated or required to take supplies you might not need. You are still covered by on-site service during the fist year of ownership.
