We did have a problem with the printer recently. Through the program FreePrinters.com had a repair technician here very quickly and a Representative stayed on top of the situation until it was resolved, New parts installed and the printer was operating again.

We previously had participated in a competitors program (FreeColorPrinters.com). Your program is much more user friendly and is more cost effective for us that our previous program. Everyone simply loves the new printer. The color quality is outstanding; the scan feature is a big plus (something we didnt have before); the generous paper supply is a welcome feature. One of the biggest advantages is not having to provide a monthly usage report, something we were forced to do before, even after we met our total target printing requirements. If we were late, we were charged $125.00 for non-reporting.

The printer has become so popular that we tend not to use an existing black and white copier, which is next to the Xerox printer. The Xerox machine is more reliable, better quality, and easier to use. The copier tends to fall asleep so often, and it takes 3-4 minutes to wake up. We analyzed the cost effectiveness of the Xerox color printer vs. a new color copier and found your program to be more cost effective than the copier, not to mention that the color quality was better.

We would certainly recommend your program to other organizations without hesitation. It is funny that we stumbled in to your program by accident when we were ordering supplies for our other printers by entering the wrong web address. We certainly are happy that we made that mistake!
