approved and authorized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS),
you can receive a additional 5% discount on your Xerox® Phaser® printer

purposes in our society.
How the Program
Works
You don't need to fill out any special form, or use special part numbers,
or create a special account. Following the simple steps (below), you
will receive the following discounts on our press release distribution
services.
Follow
These Simple Steps to Get Discount
- Fax
a copy of your EIN, and proof of 501(c) non-profit status
(confirmation letter from IRS) to us at (509) 757-8726, and
include a brief description on your organization letterhead
as to what your organization focus is. Please include an
e-mail address on your cover letter. We will send you a
confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Your organization must
appear in the IRS website non-profit/charity search engine
so that we can verify your organization's non-profit status.
- Once
you are verified we will provide you with a discount code
via e-mail that can be used in our on-line store to receive
the addtional 5% discount. The discout code will be entered
as you check out and will subtract the addtional 5% from
you total.
Please
note that this discount code can only be used on your account.
You will
be able to use the discount code each time you order so keep
it in a safe location where you can refer to it.

Information
Please note we cannot assist you with explanations of how to obtain 501(c)
status. Contact your tax preparer, accountant, or the IRS for more information
