Lexmark® Onsite Service Agreement

Your Lexmark printer is covered for 36 months of on-site service. Following are more details about your on-site service.

The first year of on-site service is supported by Lexmark LexExpress^SM service. To request on-site service during the first 12 months of ownership contact Lexmark Tech Support.

LexExpress^SM support provides telephone technical assistance for any printer challenges you may encounter. If your issue cannot be resolved over the phone by the Lexmark Technical Support Center, you will receive a replacement printer, usually by the next business day. We will also provide you with the materials needed to ship the defective printer back to us.

To use LexExpress^SM service your printer must be registered. Click Go to the LexExpress^SM support page to register.

Your second and third year on-site service will be covered by the Warranty Corporation of America. Near the end of your first year in the program, you will receive an e-mail with the information and instructions you need to follow to register your printer with Warranty Corporation of America for on-site service during the remaining 24 months of the agreement. In the past I have been so frustrated with not being able to afford some color on my newsletters that I publish. Either its too expensive or too slow. I have been amazed at the quality, and ease of use of the Phaser printer. I also hate the waste in ink jet printers. We previously had participated in a competitors program (FreeColorPrinters.com). Your program is much more user friendly and is more cost effective for us that our previous program. Everyone simply loves the new printer. The color quality is outstanding; the scan feature is a big plus (something we didnt have before); the generous paper supply is a welcome feature. One of the biggest advantages is not having to provide a monthly usage report, something we were forced to do before, even after we met our total target printing requirements. If we were late, we were charged $125.00 for non-reporting.

The printer has become so popular that we tend not to use an existing black and white copier, which is next to the Xerox printer. The Xerox machine is more reliable, better quality, and easier to use. The copier tends to fall asleep so often, and it takes 3-4 minutes to wake up. We analyzed the cost effectiveness of the Xerox color printer vs. a new color copier and found your program to be more cost effective than the copier, not to mention that the color quality was better.

We would certainly recommend your program to other organizations without hesitation. It is funny that we stumbled in to your program by accident when we were ordering supplies for our other printers by entering the wrong web address. We certainly are happy that we made that mistake!
