Once you are approved and have returned your agreements your printer will be shipped via UPS ground at no expense to you. You will have 5 Business days to try out your new printer to ensure that it meets you needs. Once you see the incredible print quality and speed you will wonder how you were able to survive without it.

You will be contacted via phone to confirm that the equipment has been received and is in good working order. They will confirm that you are ready to activate your on-site service and supply shipments. You first monthly billing will be the month following receipt of the printer once the program is activated.

If for any reason the printer does not meet your needs or is not functioning properly we will make every effort to rectify the situation including sending you a replacement unit if required.

In the rare instance that the printer does not meet your expectations you will have the opportunity to ship the unit back and opt out of the program. (Shipping cost at your expense)
